I would like to say though that we did not appreciate the rudeness of the person at Calgary where the car was parked over the phone and in person. Would be nice to do some coaching with partners you work with on how to communicate and be professional to ensure it’s a meaningful and respectful deal between yourself and the clients. Thank you,
